We partnered with Nancy Rothner of Milton, Delaware, to offer you her "Pinch Me Therapy Dough." As a clinical hypnotherapist who specializes in stress reduction, she created a simple stress-reduction technique that could be used anytime, anywhere. 

When you feel a hint of stress, pull out your container of therapy dough. Gently knead away nuisances, or use it while you're relaxing to decompress and get back to your center.
